Have you watched the ‘Sex and the City’ episode about Charlotte not wanting to become the ‘up-the-bum’ girl. And how she clearly states that no one wants to marry the ‘up-the-butt’ girl… well I don’t think someone I know was listening.
They say all of the scenarios that play out on ‘Sex and the City’ are from real life scenarios. And if this is true, then I wonder if they ever came to Australia and overheard the ‘up-the-bum’ story of an acquaintance of mine?
Now what happens behind closed doors is normally of no one’s business – but what happens when people… and I am talking ‘men’… think that it is appropriate to discuss their sexual conquests out in the open, like waiting in line for a drink, loud enough for most people around them to hear?
And what happens when the sexual conquest turns out to be someone you actually know?
Now I wouldn’t want to go naming names – but when this person talks about how they long to get married and how they wish that they could get married and have babies… you just long to whip out some one liners like:
‘Don’t you know that they never marry the up-the-butt girl,’ or
‘You’ll never have a baby if you keep putting it in the wrong hole,’ or
‘Why would someone buy the cow when they are getting the milk for free?’
Now, I don’t want to sound hypocritical and be all ‘you’re evil if you have sex before marriage’, but if you’re picking to sleep with men who want to high five other men the next morning when they talk openly about all the sexual positions that you performed the night before – you’re not really picking men who fall into the marrying category (if that’s what you are looking for – and if all you’re looking for is sexual gratification, then that’s fine too).
All I am saying is that to me, the bum is a one-way hole. But I also like coriander and I know that some people think it is totally gross!
Have you overheard things that you rather you hadn’t? How do you continue to look those people in the eye? Are you a ‘Sex and the City’ fan? And if so, which character would you be?
