Meal Planning is something that I love to do each week because I love to be organised. I like writing out my shopping list and planning my trip to the grocery store or markets in between nap time. I love wondering through the isles and picking up things that I love to make tried and tested meals, and the odd thing that looks interesting and jumps out at me on the day.
I find that it is helpful to meal plan for the week nights, this way if something pops up then I can transfer a meal to one of the weekend nights – and if not, then I like to get out and about on the weekends and enjoy a meal that someone else has created (and cleaned up for).
