Giveaway: Littlebean Organics

January 23, 2015 by Shari

We all love the little ones in our lives and we want to be able to give them the very best that we can. For Mums like me, whose little ones have eczema you’re always thinking about what goes on their skin – what they are washed in, what creams go on their skin, what is their clothing made from.

I just love the feel of organic cotton – it’s just so soft and beautiful. But the thing is that it can often be expensive and as a mum of two under two and a single income – organic cotton can sometimes be out of my price range!

That’s why I couldn’t pass by Little Bean Organics whose mission statement is ‘To make organic cotton as affordable as we possibly can so no mum has to be financially blocked from choosing organic cotton for their little bean. By choosing Little Bean Organics you are helping us fulfil this mission.’

This little Dude is dressed in Seed Heritage {purchased} and lies upon a beautiful Little Bean Organic’s Wrap {gifted}.
When I was approached by Little Bean Organics to run a giveaway on my blog I jumped at the opportunity. There is just so much detail put into their products that they are a joy for any Mum and Bub duo.
So you might be wondering, ‘Who is Little Bean Organics?’… Well the founder and owner’s name is Natasha – sitting in the middle of the night, feeding newborn Charlotte nick named Little Bean, she dreamt about channelling her anxiety and energy into something that could benefit to mums alike. Dedicated to living a cleaner lifestyle for the benefit of mind and body she created Little Bean Organics to focus on offering a line of affordable organic newborn and baby clothes. Passionate about offering more then just a product, Nat follows the philosophy of clean eating, healthy living and positive mind and encompasses this into the Little Bean Organics lifestyle that many mums alike are connecting to.

Natasha has an Advanced Diploma in Visual Communications and after spending years working in design agencies in Sydney and the UK Natasha is thrilled to be creating and taking care of the Little Bean Organics brand and naturing it into the future. Natasha dresses her own children in Little Bean Organics and finds it helps her youngest that suffers eczema.

When Natasha is not working on Little Bean Organics and adding to the line of organic newborn clothes she loves going to the local organic farmers markets, horse riding, spending time with her family, going to bed early (!) and trying out clean eating recipes with the odd bit of chocolate thrown in.

This brand really resinated with me due to the fact that Mr Moo suffers from eczema and I love shopping at the farmer’s markets – and this year I am making a really conscious effort to eat 80/20.

The prize is 2 of the Little Bean Organics long sleeve bodysuits from the Happy Animal range: http://www.littlebeanorganics.com.au/shop/all-products/long-sleeve-printed-bodysuit/ {plus postage}.

GoodFoodWeek started in 2008 as a way of sharing recipes with uni friends and family who were spread near and far. It has evolved over the years to contain my ramblings as I’ve searched for a house, planned the perfect veggie patch, stumbled through farmer’s markets with my eye half open (because you need to be there at 6am to get the fresh eggs), had babies, gathered family and friends around a shared table, laughed out loud and enjoyed life to the fullest!
