I have the joy of working with Simone from ‘Play with Food‘, a Fussy Eater Expert, and Mandy from ‘Little People Nutrition‘, a Nutritionist, to create an awesome eCourse for busy parents who are looking to create a happy mealtime experience. This eCourse will be perfect for parents wanting to start the New Year off on the right foot – putting an end to mealtime battles, backing themselves with healthy & budget friendly meals and actually enjoying dinnertime.
The 7-module eCourse will take the parents 1-2 hours per module over the duration of 3 weeks. It is designed on a device responsive platform with lots of bonus content, interactive webinars {that are recorded for watching again later} and video/audio footage.
The modules include:
1) Teaching your kids to love food – diving into eating competence
2) Fussy eating behaviours and tools to win the mealtime battle
3) Meal planning is the pits but here is how to make it fool-proof
4) Family meals
5) Budget friendly healthy eating
6) Shopping for good food choices
7) Lunchbox Inspiration
‘We want parents to stop feeling guilty and develop a great artillery of tools & proven strategies to win mealtime battles. We are wanting to give parents the confidence to back themselves. The most rewarding part of what I do, as a feeding educator, is watching parents step back and see their kids happily eat something new. This course gives parents practical advice to implement around their busy schedules, see online food safety course here. Parents often report seeing improvements straight away when they take on board this information. Mandy is so savvy at shopping for healthy foods on a budget whilst Shari has so much real advice on how to meal plan to suit your own circumstances. We want parents to get a holistic set of information so they know HOW to get to happy mealtimes in a way that suits their individual style,’ said Simone.
And I think that the best part of this ecourse is that you’ll definitely be able to find some helpful advice that speaks to you – as this is a collaboration between three Mums with seven children between us.
The eCourse will also be giving back to the community by donating 10% of profits to Australian charities feeding our underprivileged children.
The eCourse is available for parents to enroll in here for the introductory rate of $29.95. All bookings before December 20 will receive a bonus eBook written by Simone Emery “Afternoon Tea: The Next Most Important Meal of the Day” – a guide to getting through the afternoon witching hours and having happy dinners with the family.

What an interesting concept for an ecourse. Our house would be one of the Super Nanny’s most exciting or infuriating projects. My son sways from airitarian to near-diabetic with the mood swings to match.
Shari from GoodFoodWeek says
Airitarian – sounds like you need the skills of Simone from Play with Food. The odds look pretty good for you to win a spot on the e-course 🙂 Good Luck xo

Congratulations Karin – you’re a winner. Can you please provide me with your email?

I have recently been diagnosed coeliac and what’s actually been fantastic about it, is that I’ve discovered a new found passion for wholefoods! It’s so much easier to switch into a gluten-free mentality if you just think about whole foods. But I have two boys, aged 2.5 and 6 and although their palettes are ok, sometimes they don’t share my passion! I’d love to do the #happymealtimes course because I’d love some techniques to transition into this new phase with limited fuss! Oh and I’d love to win the Paired book because, well, I do have a business called Champagne Cartel!!! My email is [email protected] in case I win!!! Weeeeeeeee! ???? x Gillian

Thanks so much for entering the e-course giveaway Gillian. My sister is a coeliac and I think it is so much easier to switch to a gluten-free mentality when you think about whole foods.

Congratulations Gillian – you’re a winner!

My daughter is starting to try new wholefoods which is awesome. Her 4 year old brother is complete opposite and food jagging combined with sensory issues. Would love to learn Eben more ways to stretch both of them. Plus i love Simone she is awesome ☺

Simone is the BOMB when it comes to fussy eaters! Oh and I guess she is a pretty awesome person too 😉 Thanks for entering Kristy.

I have a very happy toddler at home and while he’s not vocal about not liking foods he makes his feelings known by just not eating. I’d love to improve his meal time selections (and therefore improve ours as well!) and make meal times something he really embraces and looks forward to. I’d love to break the cycle of poor food choices, habits and obesity in our family! Thanks for a chance to win!

Woohoo! I completely missed this! Thanks so much! It’s come at such a good time – we’re (mainly me, he seems happy to continue as he is) having issues with food and I’d like to get it sorted! Can’t wait to get started! Thank you ladies, you’ve made my day! <3
