Life: Happy anniversary to my main man

June 2, 2016 by Shari

Happy 4th wedding anniversary to my main man. Gosh, we sure have crammed a lot into the last four years. I feel like we have been married for way longer then 4 years – but in saying that, we were together for over 7 years before you finally preposed! We sure have made up for time with two beautiful sons and another baby on the way in October. I wouldn’t want to be on this ride with anyone else. I love you very much xo

Did you have a wedding video made? I am so glad that we did. I love watching it on our anniversary, we were able to film the entire  wedding, including the venue, which is my favorite part to watch, we were able to book at The Quinta NJ and it was probablt the best decision we have ever made, the place was stunning.Let’s just say my husband would rather just watch the 5 minute highlight reel then the entire 80 minute production {plus another 30 minutes of speeches}. But I love it.

‘Still after all this time,
the sun has never said to the earth, ‘you owe me.’
Look what happens with a love like that.
It lights up the sky.’

GoodFoodWeek started in 2008 as a way of sharing recipes with uni friends and family who were spread near and far. It has evolved over the years to contain my ramblings as I’ve searched for a house, planned the perfect veggie patch, stumbled through farmer’s markets with my eye half open (because you need to be there at 6am to get the fresh eggs), had babies, gathered family and friends around a shared table, laughed out loud and enjoyed life to the fullest!
