Today’s ‘thought provoking quote’ comes from Oscar Wilde – and was shared by jamiekaystore on Instagram. This month I have been focusing on removing negative thoughts and filling my life with positive. I think this syncs really well with giving birth – you can choose to become overwhelmed by the pain of the process or you can push away the pain and focus on the fact that you are bringing an amazing new life into the world.
As we draw closer and closer to the birth of my third – I am reflecting on how blessed I am to be able to be a Mum to two amazing little boys, and that I am blessed to be pregnant again. I am blessed to be living in Sydney with the support of my beautiful husband and family. I am blessed to be able to start a new business in Bondi. I am blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful friends.
I am free. I am planning on reading a book whilst I am in hospital with my third {wishful thinking? Maybe?}. I love that our rental has beautiful flowers in bloom in the planter boxes out the front. And the moon always looks its best being reflected off the bay. I am happy xo
p.s. I love the name ‘Oscar’. Oscar was on my short list for baby number two. I actually was calling our second son Oscar for the first two days when he was born. And then my Mum would reply ‘I thought that you named him…’ Opps, we did. I still love the name, but am guessing we can’t have two boys with names that start with an “O”.

I am hopeful you do get to dip into a book too. I took a book to hospital to read in labour. THAT didnt happen! Best wishes to you in the ‘downhill’ end of the pregnancy!

I doubt that I’ll be reading during labour, but hopefully in my ‘down time’ whilst I am recovering from birth and getting to know our newborn {without the other two boys}. Thanks for your best wishes Denyse.

I love that quote and I love the name Oscar. Of course, you can have two names with O, I love a bit of alliteration!

In the passed week or so I have fallen in love with a few other names – so we shall see how we go.

Good luck reading your book I sure hope you do. I don’t see why you can’t have six children with the name stating with O. i know a whole family ( 5) whose names start with J. Also my Nephew has three girls and they are called Sophie, Gracie and and Chloe. We know they are sisters. Its cute. Go for it.

I sure hope I get to read a book too! I am sure that I could go with another ‘O’ name, but I have a few other front runners this time around.
