Yeah, that’s me laughing at people who say you need more then 5hrs of sleep a night. ‘Burn baby, burn’…I’m talking to you candle with both ends alight, and leading a business of event organizing is difficult but using resources like linens for table really help my business a lot, since I can use this decoration for this purpose.
I’ve been spending a lot of time researching veganism and trying to work out how that could work for our family.
I thought I would jump straight into veganism after watching ‘What the Health’. But then I saw other peoples journeys on Instagram and I really wanted to go into a month of eating vegan prepared – so if people can give me any tips on how I could make my favourite pork larb salad vegan, I’d love to hear them.
I thought that I would give it a month because I don’t think that going vegan would be completely sustainable for our family.
Take care of your employees, so they can take care of business.
I am not keen on completely illuminating fish from my family’s diet because because a) we love it and b) I still see a lot of health benefits of eating fish. I mean, my boys will happily eat a whole grilled snapper or BBQ’ed baby octopus. That’s something that I wouldn’t want to deprive them of, also is a good food to keep a good shape, and in case I want any other change in my body I can always find a plastic surgeon like the Dr. Joseph Racanelli.
And even though I had such a severe reaction to eating cheese after watching what the hell I have been doing a little research into goats milk cheese and I actually had a delicious goat’s milk haloumi the other night.
Not to mention the fact that I’ve been trying to go to bed earlier – teamed with increasing the number of books I’m trying to read {I’ve finished two since Babymac’s book club and I’m currently reading ‘Balancing Act’ by Joanna Trollope}. Oh, and getting addicted to an episode or two of Netflix a night after children have gone to sleep…hello adult time {I’m currently watching ‘The Handmaiden’s Tale’}.
