It’s almost time for school to start back. In 2020, I will have two school lunchboxes, going 5 days a week, and one preschool lunchbox going three days a week. Thankfully, I don’t have to pack a lunchbox for daycare.
I thought that I would help out some of those people who are struggling with what to pack into their little one’s lunchbox, by creating an easy printable that you can pop on your fridge.
It will give you lots of ideas about what you can pack into your little one’s lunchbox and how they can learn to help you plan, shop for and prepare their own lunchboxes. Because I am all for building independent little foodies, who can help reduce the mental load of their parents!
The printable contains all the different items that are always well received in our household. Feel free to add anything that your little one loves to the lists.
Here are some of our favourite lunchbox recipes:
- Healthy Blueberry muffins
- The Ultimate Breakfast muffin
- Carrot loaf
- Date loaf
- Carrot cake bliss balls (nut free)
- Rice stuffed vine leaves
- Green pikelets
- Roast pumpkin hummus
- Roast pumpkin and couscous salad
- Cheesy potato waffles
- Chorizo Tarts
- Gluten free cheesy rice cakes
- Veggie Frittata
- Zucchini and fetta fritters
Have you ever whipped up a recipe from my blog?
