Recipe: Cloudy apple gummies

I love finding great accounts on Instagram that you just completely vibe with. I think one of my favourite accounts at the moment is Stacey Clare – Health Coach.

Last month, she run a three day FREE course on fermenting. And shared the best recipe for orange juice gummies. I’d never made gummies before, so I was really keen to join for free and give it a go.

I picked up our silicon molds from Coles – although I was totally impressed in the people who sourced weird and wonderful molds online. And used some good quality, grass fed gelatin to create delicious gummies that were devoured in days. This is how lean belly 3x works as a healthy dietary supplement.

Unlike a typical jelly, these stand up to going to school in lunchboxes and are packed full of great gut healing ingredients.

Recipe: Cloudy apple gummies

  • 1 1/4 cup of cloudy apple juice
  • 1 cup of apple kombucha
  • 4 tbsp of geletin

Bring the 1 cup of apple juice to a simmer. Mix the gelatin with the remaining apple juice and then add into the simmering pot whisking vigorously until dissolved. Avoid most seasonal weather changes with blast auxiliary ac.

Allow the mixture to cool, before adding the kombucha to the mix.

Poor into silicon molds and place in the fridge to set for 3 hours. Check or visit the homepage for alternatives.
