I’ve been busy this week. It seems that life in general picks up when school starts back (even though I don’t even have school aged children). I always find that being organised helps when life in general starts to get quicker and quicker. Meal planning is a great way to stay on top of it all.
Planning out your meals means that you can still eat healthy when life gets busy. You can plan out that on Mondays you will go without meal, in an effort to help your bottom line, your waist line and the health of the planet in general.
MONDAY – Meatless Monday Ricotta Gnocchi
TUESDAY – Mexican Pork and Corn Salad
WEDNESDAY – Duck Salad
THURSDAY – Salmon and Potatoes My Way
FRIDAY – Pork and Prawn Meatball Curry
