Hey peeps, welcome to another addition of the Ultimate Rabbit hole. Today, I thought that I would share with you some of my favourite shows that I’ve been watching and then I would throw it open to you to tell me what I should watch next… In saying that, I am also trying to reduce my ‘screen time’ and get back into reading more books.
I had a bit of down time with glandular fever and during that time I watched the entire series of Madmen. I’d seen some of it before, but binge watching it – episode after episode on Netflix – was awesome! Although, my husband did comment one afternoon, ‘do all they do on this show is drink and smoke?’
I also enjoyed The Crown. Based on an award-winning play, “The Audience” by showrunner Peter Morgan, this lavish, Netflix-original drama chronicles the life of Queen Elizabeth II {Claire Foy} from the 1940s to modern times. In fact, I can’t wait to see what season 2 has in store.
Oh and I also really enjoyed ‘Girlboss’ – a show about rebellious and broke, Sophia – who stumbles into creating an online business and learns how to be the boss. A comedy inspired by the best-selling memoir. One of my favourite scenes was when they depicted an old school chat room – ah the joys of 1990’s/2000’s internet.
I might be a little late to the Netflix game, but I am now addicted. I find that you can get a bit lost on Netflix so for those of you who are searching for something new to watch you might like:

Here’s When Your Favorite Netflix Shows Will Premiere in 2017
Did you hear that Channel 10 has gone into voluntary administration? It makes me a little worried for some of my favourite shows – I mean, it can’t leave me without letting me see the new series of Offspring or Australian Survivor. I’ve been watching less and less ‘free to air’ TV, but I would be sad for it to die completely.
What have you been watching lately? Are you reducing your screen time or have you been doing more Netflix and chill lately?
