Life: Halloween Inspired Healthy Lunch Boxes

October 25, 2018 by Shari Leave a Comment

The boys are getting into Halloween – I’m not sure if it’s because it is in the shops or on the TV or it’s the general chatter in the preschool playground, but it seems that there is no escaping it. And I guess, I’m not that against it – it does get people out and about in the neighbourhood and interacting with one another. And the best way to make your Halloween costume really come to life is to use some Halloween contacts as these make you look so much better and give your costume the edge that it needs.I’m not so thrilled about the increase of ‘treats’ in the children’s diet – especially as it marks the slippery slope towards Christmas and all its sugary goodness.

While it’s difficult to encourage healthy eating on Halloween, it’s not impossible–especially when better-for-you foods have a fun twist.

So I thought that I would share with you some of my favourite healthy Halloween inspired lunchboxes and morning/afternoon healthy tea habits I picked from the Tea Mind Body website, if are looking too improve your healthy dietary habits check meticore.com reviews.

They aren’t particularly ‘fancy’ just a creative play on our usual lunchbox or snack ingredients, I try not to pack way too many snacks, specially since their school uses the best vending machine suppliers in sydney called Royal Vending, I liked that the snacks they offer are healthier than usual.

You can also try:

  • Monster Teeth
  • Boo-nana pops
  • String cheese witches brooms
  • Cinnamon sugar bats
  • Fruit ghosts and pumpkins
  • Pumpkin quesadillas
  • Mummy toast
  • Veggie Skeleton
  • Guacamole witch
  • Pumpkin spiced pikelets

Have you ever whipped up a recipe from my blog? I would love for you to let me know…So I don’t feel as if I am just writing all this stuff down for nothing… If you choose to whip up one of my recipes , then I would love for you to share it on social media, and don’t forget to use the hashtag #goodfoodweek.

No longer worry about the stress of preparing a Halloween party. Now that I have the experience, I have been able to verify how frustrating it is to organize an event of this nature. Now I don’t suffer anymore, I don’t have stress, irritation or stomach problems.

Try to read more about this topic, you will realize that the cure is not in ordinary or classical medicine, but in natural medicine. It is best to try with sativa cannabbis, you will see the changes in your life.

The use of appetite suppressants has become more common and effective in recent years. Now, this method requires dedication and nutritional commitment if you want true results.

Trust your willpower and encourage yourself to achieve the change of body that you have wanted so much for all your life. Change your physical appearance and increase your health, your girlfriend and your family will thank you.

It is important that your health is always in good condition, if you want to have children and raise a family, you must worry about your health, so take care of what you eat and do not fall into anxiety, if you need help, consider it, do not worry It’s nothing from the other world.

Get in my belly… I’ve been reading a lot abou Get in my belly…

I’ve been reading a lot about self love of late. I feel like there is so much self sacrifice when you’re a mother, and yet I am starting to realise that I need to love myself first to be a better mum and partner.

So here is to starting with something small for me. These @byronbaycookies are the business!!
Self love sometimes looks like just surging up lef Self love sometimes looks like just surging up leftovers and taking yourself to bed with a good book.

However, I still seem to feel that mum guilt. I mean, I think I need to do a little more than just follow @drsophiebrock (@smallbusinessgrowthclub has so many good things to say about Sophie)… am I doing enough? Are they happy? Am I creating good memories for them? Am I giving them good life skills and coping tactics? Am I creating enough one on one time with each of them?

I know I’m a people pleaser, a perfectionist (and some … scrap that… most people I know say I am also an over achiever). How do I flip my thinking to focus more on the positive and not be so critical of myself? As I don’t want to pass on this trait to my kids.

Again @delishdeliveries did the majority of the work in preparing the Bulgogi beef.

Boil the rice. Stir fry the beef. Toss some gem lettuce with black sesame seeds and sushi seasoning. Top it all off with kimchi.

Mine was store bought. @staceyclare_healthcoach have you ever made your own kimchi? Have you got a good recipe?

Shari from GoodFoodWeek

GoodFoodWeek started in 2008 as a way of sharing recipes with uni friends and family who were spread near and far. It has evolved over the years to contain my ramblings as I’ve searched for a house, planned the perfect veggie patch, stumbled through farmer’s markets with my eye half open (because you need to be there at 6am to get the fresh eggs), had babies, gathered family and friends around a shared table, laughed out loud and enjoyed life to the fullest!
