Giveaway: Tommee Tippee Miomee

May 12, 2014 by Shari

When Mr Moo was born, I was clueless – seriously, all those birthing classes really don’t prepare you to actually take home a baby. Okay, I’d helped out with my niece – but you could always give her back… Now, this little baby was mine all mine and I was now hit with a barrage of information from anyone and everyone – wanted or not!

I found that when I found something that worked or that I loved – I stuck with it. Because you need things to work and be simple and be something that you love when you are operating on three hours sleep (over the course of a week).
I remember that I had quiet a smooth breast feeding experience. I was made to make milk! A little too much milk… and so I found it helpful to express. When I went into the chemist I was overwhelmed by all of the breast pumps – I wanted it to work, be simple and be something that I loved.
I picked up the Tommee Tippee Miomee manual breast pump as it looked simple. Honestly, the thought of hooking myself up to a machine that was going to pump my milk kinda freaked me out – I’m not a cow… so the manual really appealed to me. But each to their own…my husband loved that I brought home a breast pump as I was no longer expressing into the sink.
Since purchasing the Tommee Tippee Miomee manual breast pump I have never looked back!
This purchase started my relationship with Tommee Tippee and the Miomee range. So I was beyond excited when the brand came to me to see if I would be interested in doing a giveaway to coincide with my second pregnancy.
If I was going to give something to my readers, I wanted it to be something that I had actually used and truly would back. I provided them with an email with products that I was willing to support and I was totally stoked when they said that they would provide me with a breast pump pack for one of my readers to win.
This breast pump pack is AWESOME! And is valued at a little over $100.
It contains:
  • The Tommee Tippee Miomee Manual Breast Pump. Included in this pack is;  the manual breast pump, 1x 150ml PDA free bottle (with 0m+ slow flow teat), 1x milk storage lid (BPA free), and 6x disposable breast pads.
  • The Tommee Tippee Miomee Breastmilk and Formula Containers. Included in this pack is; 4x BPA free 70ml containers, 4x BPA free easy pour spouts, and 4x BPA free stackable lids.
  • The Tommee Tippee Miomee Milk Storage Lids. Included in this pack is 4x BPA free lids.
Are you going to be a new mum? Are you a new mummy who is in need of a breast pump? Are you a really nice friend who is willing to try and win this for a pregnant friend who hasn’t even thought about a breast pump in all of their ‘having a baby’ requirements?
All you need to do is let me know in 25 words or less in the comments section below what you used or you think you would use to make your mothering experience simpler? Please also leave a contact email so that I can get in contact with the winner to post their breast pump pack out.
This competition is only open to AUSTRALIAN residents and will close on the 31st of May 2014. The winner will be notified the following week of their win and if they do not make contact with me within a fortnight, another winner will be drawn.

GOOD LUCK MUMMIES AND MUMMIES TO BE!

GoodFoodWeek started in 2008 as a way of sharing recipes with uni friends and family who were spread near and far. It has evolved over the years to contain my ramblings as I’ve searched for a house, planned the perfect veggie patch, stumbled through farmer’s markets with my eye half open (because you need to be there at 6am to get the fresh eggs), had babies, gathered family and friends around a shared table, laughed out loud and enjoyed life to the fullest!
