Who isn’t ‘busy’ these days? We are all looking for kitchen hacks to bring down the amount of a) time and b) money, spent in the kitchen. It’s at these times that I look at what other influencers are doing and see how I can implement that into my own kitchen.
I love following Stacey Clare, Simple Home Edit and of course Jamie Oliver. One of the tips that I’ve picked up, is that finding great products that contain a lot of flavour means that I can reduce the amount of ingredients and prep time required when I am cooking a meal.
This Chilli & Ginger Chutney by Roza’s Gourmet does all the heavy lifting in my Cheat’s chili, ginger and basil stifry.

- 2 red capsciums
- 200g snake beans or green beans
- 1 bunch of Thai basil
- 1 jar of Roza’s Gourmet Chilli & Ginger Chutney
