Another day, another recipe… I’m looking for ingredients that pack a punch so that they do they job of many – meaning that a) I have to purchase less ingredients – so it’s cost effective, and b) I have less steps in the kitchen – so it’s time efficient!
This simple stirfry was packed full of flavour and not too spicy for my household of six (can you bleieve that the boys are now 9 years, 7 years, 5 years and 3 years?) Anyways, this was enjoyed by parents and children alike.
Roza’s Chilli and Ginger Chutney is vegan, as well as gluten and dairy free. And made in Australia. This is not a sponsored post and I purchase all of the ingredients for this meal from Delish Deliveries.
Recipe: Rosa’s chili and ginger chicken stirfry
- 500g chicken mince
- 300g green beans
- 2 red capsciums
- 2 brown onions
- 1 bunch of Thai basil
- 1 jar of Roza’s Chilli and Ginger Chutney
- Steamed rice to serve
- Olive oil
Into a frying pan, add your oil and bring to a high temp. You want to add in your diced onion and chicken mince and break apart – frying it all off until nicely browned.
Add in your green beans and capscium which should be of similar size. And then toss through your jar of Roza’s Chilli and Ginger Chutney. Finish off with your Thai basil. And then serve with steamed rice.
Have you ever whipped up a recipe from my blog? I would love for you to let me know…So I don’t feel as if I am just writing all this stuff down for nothing… If you choose to whip up one of my recipes , then I would love for you to share it on social media, and don’t forget to use the hashtag #goodfoodweek.
